Dear Baby girl,
As of today, you're exactly 31 weeks within my ever growing tummy. In a few weeks, you'll be joining us as the newest addition to the family. I haven't thought of a name to give you yet but I'd like "Cristina" for your second name. It will be taken from our (your papa's and mine) name. I am sure papa is just as anxious and excited to see you as I am although he'd never admit to that. You see, mommy is still teaching him how to be vocal and expressive of his fondness towards you and your other siblings.
Right now, you're giving me quite a hard time. You have such strong limbs, you know! Sometimes, I wake up in the middle of the night because your kicking all sides of my tummy simultaneously--I don't know how you do that. It's painful but endearing at the same time, if that even makes sense.
At night before Sophia sleeps, she massages you. Yes, the hands that rub and hug you before we sleep actually belongs to your "ate." She's not yet used to the idea of being an older sister so I am very sorry if she rubs too hard at times. Can you also hear your Kuya Kyle whenever he talks to you at night? If you do, you're apparently disobeying your kuya's orders to not kick mommy's tummy.
In a few months, when you join us, there would be new sleeping arrangements (which I haven't figured out yet), your kuya and ate would surely be seeking more attention because they'd think we love them less now that you've arrived, and there would be weeks and even months of sleepless nights as you adjust to your new home. It is going to be tough but it is all worth it because you're a special little angel, our special little girl.
Love,
Mommy
