Between Kyle and Sophia, I'd say Sophia is a little bit more fascinating to watch. While Kyle gets too absorbed with video games and cartoons, I would often find Sophia discovering different things. She'd walk around the house bringing pens and papers and act like she's studying intently. She'd dance along with the nursery rhymes songs on youtube. She'd beam with pride whenever she shows off her going out clothes and other times, she'd sit in the corner munching on Raisinets or pan de sal. In the morning, as soon as she wakes up, she'd have her clothes changed because she knows it's time to buy newspaper for her papa.
Sweet and jealous at the same time, that's what she is. She'll greet you with her sweet smile and wave her hands when you arrive; kiss you and hug you when you start to get mad. She'd massage you and pick on your nose; but she'd get angry when someone tries to take the attention away from her.
As early as now, it is obvious that Sophia adores her kuya above anyone else. Everyday, she looks at her kuya's albums and kisses his photographs. She hugs him from behind to catch his attention; wrestles with him at night; and kisses (those sloppy wet kisses) him to soften him up when he shows even the slightest sign of anger.
Sophia cannot verbally express herself yet but she is so transparent that it's easy for us to figure out what she's thinking. This doesn't mean that she's predictable because she's far from that. Our little gril, Sophia never fails to surprise us... and I get the feeling that she'll never fail to surprise us as she grows bigger, smarter, prettier, lovelier, and better that all the things she is now. -- Mommy :)
