It's Mischa's last day of antibiotics today and I'm feeling a little generous to myself. This is why I have decided to indulge myself and I am holding nothing back. I have resolved to FEEL GOOD today despite Kyle's constant badgering. So I put Bruno Mar's "Just the Way You Are" on loudspeaker as I step on the bathroom. I lathered on my facial scrub, body scrub, liquid soap, and bath & body oil never minding that I'd smell like a fruit salad on summer afternoon. I put on my old and ratty and very comfortable clothes; resisted to put on socks (it warms my cold feet); and I get ready to read that book I've been eyeing for days. I have no plans of going out today but that doesn't mean I can't put on a little make-up. So, I toned and moisturized and dolled myself with a little powder and gloss. I feel beautiful and it brings about a warm feeling within me.
Tomorrow, I get back to errands, medicines, bills, and groceries. I will be more than ready for that because today I lay low and enjoy the simple things. IT IS A GOOD DAY and IT WILL STAY THAT WAY. :)
